Props required are yoga blocks, yoga strap, roll out ball, and yoga blanket or regular blanket.

Three classes with weights that takes you through the wardrobe to the Narnia of your core. The movements are simple, doable, and fun. Use a light weight, and a heavier or medium weight anything between 1 and 10 lbs is great.
