Sometimes the biggest obstacle to getting on your mat is deciding what to practice. I'm here to help. Your yoga video menu will be curated and updated once a month. Enjoy!

Been there done that? I'm here to say that the basics are where it's at. Enjoy the updated version of this yoga appetizer as a meal or a snack. Not too spicy or sweet, spinal movements, hips stretches, shoulder releases, and breath-work. 18 minutes.

The name was inspired by Parks and Recreation (thank you Amy Poehler) and my cat Judy, who has long since made the journey to Vallhalla. This updated version of the original video is easy to digest, even if core work gives you the heebie jeebies. You will find none of that I-hurt-my-neck nonsense, just good ole breathing and sneaky core. What's that saying...a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down! 14 minutes

Looking for a heartier connection to your lower body? Need minimal weight-bearing in your hands? A savory practice marinated in releasing the feet and lower legs, this revised video will dish up a sense of grounding, balance, and ease. You will need a small roll-out or release ball and a yoga strap. 35 minutes

Everyone wants to be Kyoko, right? Of course, she's fabulous! When I asked what she wanted on her plate, she asked for movement meal of arm-strength and core awakening paired with triangle and half-moon. This practice is on the spicy side, and goes nicely with a side of "Back to the Basics". Yoga blocks are used in this sequence. 33 minutes

A satisfying, slow-cooked, flow- based, whole-body practice for those on the move. This practice does involve some weight-bearing in hands. If you don't mind a few down-dogs and the occasional plank, or knee plank, this is the sequence for you. It's a no-props practice you can take anywhere. 26 minutes

You know when they ask if you want dessert and you're too full to enjoy another bite, so instead you sigh, and decline? Welcome to the practice that feels like a dessert and feeds you like a meal. Your body, mind, and nervous system will feel like...yum afterward. This is a full hour that needs no props! Take it with you anywhere, anytime. Want more?
